The Bridge

5 Jul

For my fellow political history buffs, this is a picture of the bridge near which Archduke Franz Ferdinand was killed. He was killed on the right bank of the river.

I am so in love with how close this bridge is to me. I took this picture on the way back from my back-after-work bus stop.

Also, I heartily apologize for the beautiful history here being disgraced by the McDonald’s sign. Even history can’t stop modern imperialism, huh?

On a related note, Happy Belated Fourth of July!

I thought Franz Ferdinand was a band. LOL 😉

On a completely serious note, though, I can crop the McDonalds sign out if you want. =) I’m pro at stuff like that, you know. And, I’m completely jealous of how gorgeous it is there. It’s amazingly beautiful (even with the modern imperialism!)

    MISS YOU!!

LOL. That’s actually what I thought when I initially heard his name in my intro to international relations class, but they definitely pulled from history for their name!

I would love a copy of this photo that didn’t include the McDonalds signs 🙂 Whenever you get around to it is totally fine. ❤
